About the Maymont Media Center
Our mission is to ensure that students and staff are effective users of ideas and information. We serve all grade levels from our Virginia Preschool Initiative all the way through Fifth Grade. We house over 4,000 titles and encourage the love of reading through full access for all students and utilize reading programs, book clubs and reading incentive programs to increase student literacy.
